Privacy Policy
BlackZero Technologies Ltd (“BZ”) operates several websites including SoftwareLab.org. While operating its websites, it is BZ’s policy to respect user’s privacy and only collect information required to manage and optimize its websites and business.
User Information
BZ collects non-identifying information such as browser type, language, date and time of visit, and referring site. This is commonplace for most websites and is made automatically available by web browsers and servers. BZ collects this information to understand user behaviour and optimize its websites. BZ does not release any of this information to third parties.
BZ does not directly collect personal identifying information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. However, certain product manufacturers featured on BZ’s websites do offer BZ access to such information when a referred user makes a purchase on their site. BZ does not use or sell this information.
Cookies
A cookie is a line of code that a website stores on a user’s device, and that the user’s browser provides to the website each time the user returns. BZ uses cookies to identify and track users, analyze their usage of the websites, track referral sales at partners, and to re-market users in search engines.
Users who prefer to not have cookies installed in their devices can set their browsers to refuse cookies. This can, however, disable certain features and not all parts of BZ’s websites may function properly.
Business Transfers
Should BZ or its assets by acquired, user information could be transferred to the third party.
Referrals
BZ only links to highly reputable companies but has no control over their websites and how they store user information. Any interaction with their websites is therefore subject to their privacy policy and terms of use.
Privacy Policy Changes
BZ might make minor adjustments to its privacy policy over time. Continued use of BZ’s websites means a user accepts any such changes. The last update was October 8th, 2025.
