BlackZero Technologies Ltd (“BZ”) provides users with information and tools to better understand various software products. BZ’s websites such as SoftwareLab.org, its mobile applications, software, APIs, data services, and all content (together the “Site”) are copyrighted work belonging to BZ. BZ offers users access to this Site conditioned on their acceptance of all terms, conditions and notices (collectively “Terms”) without modification.

Through using this Site, users are agreeing to the Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that they are responsible for their compliance to any applicable local laws. Governing Law
Any claim relating to BZ’s Site shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Except as specified herein, any disputes directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cyprus. Users hereby irrevocably consent to such venue and to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court over any such dispute.
